It's a piece of cake - book online from our Make a Reservation button, or if your desired time is not available, call (0273496649) or email the restaurant at: [email protected] - as we may know more than the booking system
Call or text the restaurant direct ASAP on 0273494469. We can only hold your table for 15 minutes. Please note original leave time will apply.
To help our restaurants manage their sittings we ask our diners to give at least 24 hours' notice of any cancellations. You can do this by calling your restaurant direct.
If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your dinner date you can use the cancellation link within your reminder email (sent 24 hours before your reservation time). We also encourage our diners to follow this up with a call direct to the restaurant.
All Flame Bar & Grill bookings are automatically confirmed via email. Without an address to send the confirmation to the booking can't be accepted. We'll also use your email address to send reminders for any bookings made more than 24 hours in advance of your dining date.
Yes - we pride ourselves on our vegetarian grill, our vegetarian burger and amazing salads.
Our Steaks and Chicken are certified Halal, but please note our kitchen is not. We do however only cook Halal dishes on our Beef Grill.
